Team Building with Gen Y

I’ve gotten a good amount of interest in the team building product I’m developing.
Teambuilding is a serious resource drain on companies today. Most people HATE to do interviewing, and a lot of people who don’t mind interviewing and screening candidates really don’t know how to do it right.
It all boils down to communication. In order to be a great communicator today, you have to be aware of the huge communication gap between Generation Y (and younger) and the rest of the business world.
