In marketing your construction business, one of the most effective things you can create is a great offer.
When you make contact with potential prospects, it is to your advantage to have something of value to offer.
You can create a free report, give away a product, or simply give your time and expertise.
No matter what you decide to use for your offer, you must make sure it’s valuable to your potential client.
How can you find out what your prospect would find valuable?
Simple: Ask your existing customers.
One easy way to do this is to come up with 3 or four ideas and run these ideas by your clients.
Say something like, “Which of these four reports would you have been most interested in reading before you hired me as a contractor?”
Then, ask for more ideas. You might get an even better one!
